Requirements: Level 10 Mining, ability to survive Ice giants and Ice warriors.
Items Needed: Any pickaxe, a Redberry pie, 2 Iron bars, the best armor you can wear, and some food.

Reward: 12,725 Smithing XP
Start At: White Knight's Castle in Falador, speak to the Squire.
1. First of all, go to the White Knight's Castle in Falador. Out in the center of the field in the castle, you will see the Squire. Speak to him about his mishap.
2. After speaking to him, he wants you to go and see Reldo. Reldo is at the Varrock Library. Do NOT say you need a quest, because if you do, you will have started the Shield of Arrav quest. You will not be able to ask him about the Knight's Sword unless you find a book in one of his bookcases. If you can teleport to Varrock, I'd recommend you should. It would save some time getting there from Falador.
3. Start heading to Port Sarim, located South of Falador. Once you are there, go a little Southwest, until you see a hill with a church on it. Then go straight and you will find another hill, but with a small shack on the side. There, you will find Thurgo. Use your Redberry pie with him and continue to talk with him. He says he will need a picture of the sword.
4. Head back to the White Knight's Castle. Go through the big doors near the Squire, continue walking straight, and go up the ladder. Once on that floor, you will see a man sitting in a chair and a set of stairs. Go up the stairs.
5. Once you are up the stairs, you will see Sir Vyvin, and another small room. In the small room there is a cupboard. You will need to search the cupboard without Sir Vyvin noticing you. You can either make sure he is out of the room and close the door, or have a friend "distract" him. Quickly search the cupboard to get the picture.
6. Head back to Thurgo with the picture, the iron bars, your armor, and food. Talk to him and he will say that you will need some Blurite ore. Now you will have to head into the cave on the hill with the trapdoor.
7. Once you are in the cave, go to the deepest part of the cave. Once you see snow on the ground, set your Walk/Run options to RUN! Trust me, you'll need this if you are a low level! Quickly run to the side with the rocks. These rocks have Blurite ore in them. Quickly mine an ore, and run out of the cave.
8. Head back to Thurgo and give him the 2 iron bars and the Blurite ore. He will make you a sword. If you want a sword for yourself, simply bring 4 iron bars instead of 2, and mine 2 Blurite ores. Once he has made one, DON'T TALK TO HIM IF YOU WANT ANOTHER! Drop the Blurite sword, give him the materials quickly, and once he has made you another sword, pick up the old one before it disappears.
9. Head back to the Squire at the White Knight's Castle in Falador. If you made 2 swords, drop one before you talk to him. That way, he'll only take one sword. Pick up the sword off of the ground, and enjoy! :D
