[10/28] [New Halloween Forum Skin!]

Hey guys, I changed the StyleSheet (skin) of the forums to a Halloween theme. However, this theme won't be on too long, because the release of the new forums will be happening very soon. I have pretty much everything ready for the new forums, except one thing, the skin. I've chosen a skin for the new forums, but the problem is applying it. I had to download the skin, and I'm used to using CSS code to apply skins. I'm sorry everyone that I haven't updated the site in over two weeks. It's just that I'm starting to run out of ideas on what to put onto the site. If anyone has any ideas for what to put on Game Dream, please let me know. Also, if you know how to apply a downloaded skin to an IPBFree forum, please let me know how, so I can release the new forums as soon as possible. Thanks everyone.
